Butterflies in Heels is a year round program able to be offered after school as a summer enrichment program or during
the school day.
Any girl between 10 and 19 years of age struggling academically, socially, emotionally,
personally and/or suffering from
low self-esteem, reckless behavior, poor confidence or family dynamics or simply looking for a place to belong would be the ideal candidate for this program.
Around the age of 10, a girl's brain goes through extensive changes. During this phase
their behaviors and emotions are less controlled so by engaging with them early,
we can help them create opportunities for success
in a safe, healthy and supervised environment.
Through the program, girls will learn
- the VALUE of self-care
- to develop a GROWTH mindset
- how to MASTER goal setting and achievement
